We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return your item according to this policy and place a new order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:

3. How to Start a Return

Step 2: Return Instructions
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the warehouse address.
Our return center is located in China.
Step 3: Ship the Item Back
- Use your local postal service or courier of choice
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective
Step 4: Timing
- Send the parcel as soon as possible after confirmation
- Always within the 30-day return window
- Keep your proof of posting and tracking number
4. Return Cost
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- If you arrange your own return shipping, you are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged and tracked
5. Inspection and Refund Timing
Once your return arrives at our warehouse in China:
- The item will be inspected to confirm it meets return conditions
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 days of arrival
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to display the funds.
