This policy details processing, shipping times, and procedures for orders placed on lythea.site across Europe. All deliveries comply with EU Consumer Rights Directive (max 30 days total delivery). Free shipping available on all orders.

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once shipped.

2. Shipping Times & Free Shipping
Free shipping available Europe-wide on all orders.

  • Europe-wide: 6-12 business days delivery after processing (total: 7-15 days).
    Rates automatically calculated at checkout for all EU countries and selected non-EU European destinations.
    Business days exclude weekends/holidays.

3. Shipping Methods
We use PostNord, DHL, or Schenker with tracking for all European deliveries. Packages insured; notify support@lythea.site for issues within 48 hours of delivery attempt.

4. Delays & Force Majeure
Delays due to stock issues, carrier problems, or events beyond control (strikes, weather) may extend times. We'll notify you and offer refund/credit if over 30 days.

5. International Shipping (Non-EU Europe)
Available to select European countries outside EU; duties/taxes paid by customer. Track via provided link; contact customs for issues.
